In the road rage clip that became the talk of the town of the netizens wherein the taxi driver, Virgilio Doctor and the girl named Cherish Sharmaine Interior was involved. The officials have been weighing the probable penalties that the accused might get. In a recent report, to drop the Interior’s driver’s license, the old taxi driver who was abused by the girl driver asked the aid of the Land Transportation Office (LTO). As stated in the report published by the Philippine Star, Aileen Lizada who is the LTFRB board member stated that“We will file charges with the LTO. We want to let the LTO to decide if this kind of driver is fit to drive.” Doctor, however, published a four-page complaint-affidavit claiming to the agency to remove Interior's driver’s license stating it is a “preemptive measure to prevent further damage or harm against the public.”
Interior’s behavior can be viewed as a warning to the public especially to the fellow motorists, he also added. Doctor stated,
“The uncontrollable attitude/temper of the respondent without revoking her driver’s license will endanger safety of the public.”He stated,

“The acts of the respondent are clear indications [that] she is not a proper person to operate a motor vehicle. The same are manifestations [that] she is not fit to be a holder of driver’s license.”
In addition, against Interior in the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office, a couple of days after the incident, the elderly driver, already filed charges such as “slight physical injury, unjust vexation and malicious mischief.” In the said clip that became the talk of the town of the netizens, the female driver can be seen slapping the taxi driver in the face which next got him upset. Since Doctor had a history of a stroke last 2014, he chose to alight from his cab, in concern that he would fall unconscious and nobody will be able to attend to him.
