On December 12, the "Raffy Tulfo in Action" Facebook page, another episode was uploaded that has gone a talk of the town again. Ronald Balinas was the named of a man that Tulfo helped in facing his wife's lover. Balinas is an OFW who finds out that his wife was mistreating their kids and that his wife is cheating on him. Balinas then needed the support of Tulfo’s show because Balinas wanted her wife to be out of their home and he wanted to benefit the custody of their kids. Raffy Tulfo asked the seaman if he has any evidence to his accusation, and Balinas answered yes. Balinas showed a clip to Tulfo where the clip was captured by his nephew. In the said clip, while Balinas' wife on a Skype video call with another man, she can be seen holding on herself improperly. Tulfo declined to watch the clip and instead he told his assistance host to watch the clip and investigate it because they were a woman. His co-hosts proved that the woman on the clip was exactly looked like the wife of Balinas was engaging in ‘video s*x’ with another man.The wife Ronald Balinas, Mariss Balinas was called by Raffy Tulfo Raffy then asked to explain what she was doing in the video, but Mrs. Balinas oppose her husband's accusation to her about her engaging in the video s*x’ with another man. Marissa repeated that she was only waxing herself.
“Hindi ako nag-mast*rbate ser. pinaliwanag ko na sa kanya ‘yan, kung anong ginawa ko. Nag-wax po ako ‘nyang time na ‘yan.”Tulfo then asked his co-hosts who saw the clip if Marissa's claim is correct, saying that as a woman, they know if Marissa is really doing it. One of the co-hosts said that in the clip it doesn't look like she is waxing herself, but instead she's really doing the mast*rbating. Afterwards, Tulfo asked Balinas to talked to his wife. Balinas said to her that he wanted Marissa to go out on their home not only because she was cheating on him but because Marissa also whipping their kids. However, Mrs. Balinas again oppose her husband's accusation to her and claim that her husband only accused her f the things she did not even do. Tulfo decided to call “Junis“ who was the stated lover of his wife, noticing that the discussion to Balinas' his wife was going nowhere. When Tulfo definitely contacted him on the phone, he opposed that his real name was Aries Badilla and not Junis. Badilla was also a seaman just like Balinas also opposed the accusation about on the cheating. Tulfo then asked Badilla if he has also a wife, and he answered yes. Tulfo then asked Badilla about how he will feel if he finds out that his wife was cheating on him,
“Diba may kasabihan sa ating mga kalalakihan? Ang kay Juan ay kay Juan, and kay Pedro ay kay Pedro.”Badilla then set aside the question and said that he was nothing to do with Mrs. Balinas.
At this point, Tulfo was angry and said to Badilla that the evidence of their illegal affair was crushing. This time, Tulfo then cursed to Badilla, and say that he can call the company that Badilla was working right away and fired him. Badilla unexpected pleaded and stated:
“‘Wag naman, ser.”Tulfo then replied to Badilla,
“Ngayon nagmamakaawa ka. Wala kang respeto. Nakakalalaki ka na. P*tangina mo. Kung hindi dahil sayo hindi maghihiwalay itong si Ronald at si Marissa.”Tulfo added that because of his wrongdoings the kids of Ronald and Marissa is having a difficulty. Tulfo then said,
“Kung nandito ka lang iningudngod ko na mukha mo sa inidoro.”Tulfo then faced Balinas again and told to Balinas that because they are married he cannot easily cast off his wife to his house. As such, their home was their marital estate. Tulfo added that partitioning of their estate is something that they should be talked between the two of them if Balinas really wants to part ways with his wife. On the custody part, nonetheless, Tulfo told that MSWD or the Municipal Social Welfare Development will make the kids decided which parent they want to be with. To discuss the custody, the show brought Ronald Balinas, his wife, and his kids, to MSWD. When the kids asked, both girls, asked who of their parents they are going to live with, both of the kids said that at that moment they have not been decided to which parents they are going to. The kids also added that they did not want to grow up having a broken family. Afterwards, Balinas said that he is willing to give their custody to Mrs. Balinas for the time being if the kids are not yet ready to decide on which the parents they are going to. The only thing that Balinas ask his wife is to discontinue hitting and abusing their kids. MSWD said that while they are under the custody of their mother, they will designate a social worker to observe the well-being of the kids.
