Recently, in Coron, Palawan, Daniel Matsunaga celebrated his birthday week with, of course, the loves of his life, primarily his family and his “Piekna,” Karolina Pisarek. Matsunaga and his company savoring their time by doing a few safari touring and island hopping. The couple arrives with Vanessa Matsunaga-Sunga, the Kapamilya model sister.Based on their photos that they posted on their Instagram account, it seems that it was a wonderful and remarkable getaway for the group. As Daniel Matsunaga caption the pictures, he wrote:

Pissarek wrote,

The 29-year-old celebrity confessed that he's dating Karolina Pisarek, who is a previous contestant on Poland's version of "America's Next Top Model". Pisarek is also known a model in her country, just like Daniel Matsunaga. The couple has a long-distance-relationship because the 20-year-old model was stationed in the United States.
However, Matsunaga said that
“If you love someone, that doesn’t stop me.”Daniel continues to wish to have a private relationship, in spite of the truth that he already introduced his girlfriend. Daniel Matsunaga said,
“Hindi naman [sa ayaw ko na pag-usapan unlike my past relationships]. Ayaw ko mag-compare. It’s just that gusto ko this time to try something new, to be more private.
