After an episode of “Raffy Tulfo in Action” posted on its official Facebook page, once again it became the talk of the town on the internet. Raffy Tulfo, in the said post, assisted the two mothers to claim their custody of their various children. A woman named Rechel and her companion, Roby, in the first segment of the show, wanted the support of Raffy Tulfo to get their child, who was allegedly under the custody of Christian John Domingo, the woman's ex-boyfriend. As stated by the woman, she and Christian had an arrangement negotiation that they would have shared the custody of their kid in their barangay. Christian originally think that his the father of the kid. Though, upon learning, Christian discovered that the child was not his and it was the fruit of the woman's affair to another man. Christian declined to give the kid to his mother. This caused the woman and her companion, who was the true father of the child, to run a paternity test. The outcome of the said test truly proven that the father of the child is Robby and not Christian. The mother of Christian, who is Dolores Domingo was called by Raffy Tulfo and ask where the child is. The mother said that the kid was living with them but in the moment the child was not home because her husband 'probably' took the child for a walk outside. Tulfo said to the mother that the child did not belong to Christian as the test proven on the paternity test that they've conducted. When Dolores ask to directly gave back the kid to the child's true parents, Dolores declined, saying that they will Christian talk first because as she said it was not her choice to make. This caused Tulfo to ask for support from Ruth Ramos of the Municipal Social Welfare Development (MSWD) in taking back the kid to his true parents. The kid was finally given back to his real parents, with the help of MSWD of course. The woman shows her appreciation to the show and to Raffy Tulfo, the woman also said that the show continues to give a hand to other people just like her.In the second segment of the show, true enough of what the previous woman said, another mother's condition was featured. Jecalyn Echavarri needed the help of the show in getting back the custody of her kid. As stated by Jecalyn, she said that her ex-boyfriend, Harley Malicse remains to declined to give her back their child. The woman also said that her ex-boyfriend blackmailing her into getting back their relationship together because in any other way she would not able to see her child again. Harley was called by Tulfo and asked him why he is not going to give back the kid to their son's mother. Tulfo specifies E.O. No. 209 or the Family Code of the Philippines and said to him that the law pursues the tender year's presumption rule. The said rule states that when the child reaches seven years old the custody will be on the mother of the child unless she is believed unlikely. Harley responded to Tulfo and said that he would talk to her mother first if they will give back the child. Tulfo, then laugh and rebuke him for being a "mama's boy", saying that his not handling with such people. Harly begged and asked Jecalyn to just get back together so their family will be whole again. But Jecalyn declined over and over again. Tulfo asked Jenalyn why she would not go back with Harley, Jecalyn answered that Harley is a womanizer and also beats her up. Harley oppose this accusation, but the Jecalyn said on the show that she had blottered Harley in their particular barangays because of these incidents. Tulfo said To Harley to forgive himself and just give back the child to Jecalyn quietly. However, Harley was determined and kept pleading to Tulfo to let him and Jecalyn fix everything so that they could go back together.
This time, Tulfo was already angry and said to him that it was the decision of Jecalyn does not want to get your relationship back anymore. On the other hand, Harley still not listening and still going on pleading. Upset, Tulfo acknowledges his time and put down the phone. In recovering the child, together with MSWD, the show also called SPO1 Mylene Pabon to needed her help. Tulfo had the PNP and MSWD to accompany Jecalyn to get back her son. Jecalyn was finally reunited with her child, with the assistance of the show, the PNP, and MSWD. Jecalyn also shows her appreciation to the show and to Raffy Tulfo, and she promised that she will always take good care of her son.
