Kris Aquino took a news about her current health situation on her Instagram account after she came back from her vacation in Semarang, Indonesia. Recently, the "Queen of all Media" went for her outdoor shoot as the ambassador of the Indonesian brand of beverage and herbal supplement. But, Kris had an anaphylactic reaction that's why the team quickly send her home and cancel the project.“Before any false speculation, let it come from me – I had an anaphylactic reaction during my outdoor shoot yesterday afternoon that challenged all my environmental allergies in Indonesia. The EpiPen in my medical emergency kit helped saved me.”
Kris Aquino needed a rest for five days to “flush out all allergens that [affected her] body” as what the order of her doctors. This also involves her time using her social media accounts as stated by Kris. However, the “I Love You, Hater” star did not forget to say her appreciation to the medical team that helped her throughout before she will be going to have her much-needed break and rest.
“Many guardian angels worked together to fly me home asap directly from Semarang. Pagbigyan niyo na po na ‘di na mag-detalye at magpasalamat lamang nang buong puso sa lahat ng tumulong para mauwi po ako. Thank you to the Cardinal Santos team … na nagsundo sa airport at siniguradong correct hydration & [medicine] ang mabigay sa ‘kin. Thank you to my doctors here in the Philippines.”
Prayers and get-well-soon messages were flooded to Kris Aquino. Some of her friends in show business like Pokwang, Francis Libiran, Say Alonzo, and Nikka Garcia also flooded her their prayers and get-well-soon messages. The celebrity mom also uploaded a part of her Indonesia trip expressing her appreciation to the “iconic Indonesian company” for taking her as their ambassador before this surprising announcement.
