Drinking enough water can really do miracles to our body and most of us usually take it for granted. If the gasoline makes a car engine to run, our body needed a water for us to get going in our lives. Due to our everyday activities, rehydration throughout the day is necessary because we lose our bodily fluids every day. Some people are still unaware of the value of being properly hydrated despite the important role that it plays in our body.

Take your time to think about this woman’s traumatic encounter if you are one of those people who dislike drinking water. Let this lady display you how being a ‘water hater’ almost lost her life in this story.

This woman shared her experience on her social media on how her bad drinking habits drove her to the emergency room earlier this week. She began her story by saying how she is often dehydrated and she only likes to drink fruit juice.

“Hindi ko rin alam kung bakit basta ayaw ko ng tubig umiinom naman ako kahit papano pero hindi ko naachieve si 2 liters a day. Mahilig ako sa fit and right, juices." 

Read her story below: Her deadly habit then took a damage on her body. After this woman suffered from piercing pain in her lower left back, she was immediately rushed to HealthServ Los Baños Medical Center about three months. Little did she know that due to dehydration, her kidney was already acting up.

The doctors in the hospital told her that she is experiencing an excessive kidney soreness because of the severe dehydration. They discovered that the severe kidney crystals were already growing inside her pair. On the other hand, because our kidneys needed fluids to clean out the uric acid in your body so this is often happening.

The uric acid will deposit into your kidney without enough water in your body which causes small, sharp crystals to grow. Fortunately, they were able to treat it before it got serious.

This woman's story served as a reminder for a lot of social media users. It still served a bigger cause for raising awareness about proper hydration even though it caused pain to a person. Here are some of the comments of the social media users on the story:
