Gretchen Barreto together with her two friends, Mimi Que and Patty Pineda has become trending topic all over the social media after netizens noticed the video that Gretchen uploaded on her Instagram. On the said video clip, Gretchen with her friends was laughing while they were reading the letter of a certain netizen from Surigao who is asking for help in which it is a part of a wish-granting project of the actress.

Many netizens were so disappointed by how Gretchen and her friends act. They said that even though the grammar of the sender of the letter was wrong, it is still not right to laugh on that matter. Some of them were saying that if they wanted to help people, they should not laugh at those people who are in need just like this person from Surigao.

However, Gretchen and her friends were saying that they are sorry for their acts and they are now helping the sender of the letter, but many social media users still not accept the apology of Gretchen and her friends and they added that they should not be giving help if it is not coming from their hearts.
