The happy-go-lucky man's method is simple, he just simply washes the used plastic straws once he was done to collect enough straws for his current project and he started to cut the straws into one-inch pieces. This creative local artist started to build his art with only using some available binder. The biggest piece of work that he does is the tremendous artwork which is dedicated to Sen. Manny Pacquiao and he titled it, "Dakila."
Actually, Rommel is a fan of how the champion boxer began with nothing and his hard work to achieve where he is right now that's why many of his work often involves his greatest idol. This kind of role model talks about the people like Rommel who also needed to work hard at a young age to help his family. However, after many different unusual jobs that he faced, he suddenly thinks that his artworks also brings income to him when needed so he decided to just focus on his artwork.
The 35-year-old has already proved his talent in this particular area at such his young age. The struggling artist also revealed that he was pulled and drawn to the vibrant color that the colors have to offer. He also said that when he was still in his school, he outshined in his art class. Unhappily, his father doesn't completely support his artwork.
