This is what Raffy Tulfo stated to a seaman who is circulating the nude pictures of her girlfriend all over the social media.“Ako yung katapat mo at sisiguruhin ko masisira ang buhay mo sa legal na paraan, gigibain ko yang mundo mo. Bastos ka!”Analyn Aguirre who is a Hong Kong-based Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) asks for the help of the veteran broadcaster, Raffy Tulfo. Analyn was complaining about her seaman ex-boyfriend who was using social media to spread her nude pictures after she declining to come back to him. Jovan Lucero, who is the seaman ex-boyfriend, denied all the allegation to him when the program called him. He also leads his words to other discussions and doesn't go straight to the point. Jovan even challenged Analyn to verify her allegations and stated that he doesn't have any pictures of Analyn.
However, when they met in Hong Kong in 2016 and had an intimate time together that's when Jovan captured a photo of her. She said that her former boyfriend recorded a video of her. However, Jovan lowered Tulfo’s skills to defend them when Analyn and her representatives admitted to Jovin their intentions to ask the help of Tulfo. Jovan, however, asked him to make it in a legal and fair way after Tulfo warned him that he will ask for the help of POEA so he will lose his work.
Raffy Tulfo also called the CIDG’s Anti-Cybercrime Division, Captain Artemio Cinco who will verify that Jovan could be jailed up to 5 years and will face charges on what he did. He also advised Analyn to gave the proof to their office, in that way, they could call the employee of Jovan and will give him additional questions.
