Recruitment agencies requested the Philippine Government to exempt skilled OFWs bound to Kuwait!

The groups of recruitment agencies in the country show their disappointment pertaining to the suspension order expressing that some of the OFW's death has not because of maltreatment and abuse of their employer. They have requested the government to exempt the deployment of the skilled workers to Kuwait. The Philippine Licensed Agencies Accredited to Kuwait(Philaak) officers told that"many skilled workers who have been selected by companies in Kuwait will be most severely affected by the present suspension"

They were pointing out that it is only the household workers should be included in the administrative orders
"only Household Service Workers processing should be the subject of the administrative order."
The Philaak Officers sent a statement thru Emmanuel Geslani stating:
"These skilled workers are IT professionals, store managers, maintenance personnel, electricians, plumbers, carpenters [who] have been issued visas and are just awaiting their plane tickets from their employers,"

Because of the deaths of the 7 OFW's in the State of Kuwait, the Administrative Order No. 15, the POEA were instructed to stopped processing and issuance of Overseas Employment Certificates(OEC's) to all workers bound to Kuwait. The Philaak officials show disappointment against the suspension order of the government prohibiting the deployment of workers to the State of Kuwait and speaks their sides
"some of the deaths were not due to domestic violence or abuse."

Recruitment expert Geslani added that it should not be a deployment ban because from existing protocols only the Department of Foreign Affairs can enforce a deployment ban. What can you say about the enforcement of deployment ban of workers bound to Kuwait? Did you believe that it is the answer to the problem encountered by OFW in Kuwait? Kindly give us your opinions and comments on this administrative order of the government.
