Floyd Mayweather Jr. seems like coming back from his retirement to reconcile his score with Manny Pacquiao. Recently, Mayweather uploaded a clip of him and his meeting with Manny Pacquiao in a concert in Tokyo, Japan. Mayweather verified their upcoming fight on his Instagram account even though the two athletes did not look to be serious on their rematch on the clip.
His post has a caption that reads:"I’m coming back to fight Manny Pacquiao this year. Another 9 figure payday on the way (at)mayweatherpromotions"The two athletes looked to be just kidding around about their forthcoming fight as it can be noticed on the clip. In truth, netizens also see that there no any tension that is happening between on the side of the two boxers. Pacquiao said to Mayweather:
“I have the belt.”It seems like the challenge is on as the American boxer stated on the clip:
“We gonna take the belt. We gonna get the payday. And I don’t want no shoulder excuses”
There is still no further information that is said by the two boxers. But the highly awaited matchup may occur in December this year, based on the adviser of Pacquiao. Floyd Mayweather Jr and Manny Pacquiao first met each other on the ring in 2015. Mayweather was the one who wins on this fight by the unanimous decision of the judges. Their match got Mayweather $220 million. The boxing fans all over the world have been asking for a rematch ever since Pacquiao lost to Mayweather. But Mayweather declared that he is officially retiring from boxing with an initial record of 50-0 in 2017. This upcoming fight will be the comeback of Mayweather from his retirement.
