The Kapamilya lead female star, Maja Salvador went to the gym. However, she only goes there twice a week. She also takes 150 crunches to work for her abs and runs 3K on the treadmill. You can also work out from home if you really hate the gym. When Maja is working out in their home, she was jumping a rope for an hour while there is music in her background. She also works her abs even if it's she was on their house. She also does dumbbells.

Get also a sporty stress-reliever. She also sends her stress into boxing. She even placed a punching bag at her house for her to de-stress anytime that she wanted. She stated:
"Feeling ko kapag nagbo-boxing ako, nare-release ko kung ano man yung nararamdaman ko, mga problema (I feel like when I'm boxing, I get to release my feelings and problems.)" 
She also said the very important part when working out and that is drink water. She said,
"Yun 'yung tutunaw sa lahat. 'Yun yung magpapabilis ng metabolism mo. So hangga't maaari, 'yun, umiinom ako." 
She also said that she like more hot water than a cold water.
"Yung malamig, feeling ko nakakalaki ng tiyan."

She also adds the saying, no pain, no gain.
"Mas madali 'yung training mo kung mapapamahal talaga sa iyo 'yung ginagawa mo. Hindi mo maabot 'yung magiging successful kung hindi ka talaga dadaan sa hirap. Hindi ka magiging successful kung hindi mo pagdadaanan lahat ng challenges, hindi ka magsa-sacrifice, hindi ka mahihirapan ng todo. Kailangan mo talagang madapa ng ilang beses. Kasi pag nasaktan ka, dun [mas] lalakas ang loob [mo]. Doon mo masasabi na ayoko nang madapa ulit."
