But many people did not notice that almost the whole part of the day and night were spent utilizing their cell phone and even other people fall asleep on their hand unknowingly. This man almost ends his life because of the lack of sleep for every night and the reason is that he was using his smartphone every night and sleeping almost in the early morning. The Facebook user Kei Cañada was immediately brought to the hospital after suffering stiffness in his whole body. At the time of his medical check-up of the doctors, they were surprised and found out that his blood pressure had decreased to 80/50. Based on the doctor's examination the cause of her stiffness was deficiency of potassium and lack of sleep.

Supposedly his lack of sleep is the cause of intense using cell phones for number of hours. he explained that there were instances that he would sleep at the time almost early in the morning because he cannot get rid of his smartphone out of his hand. It is very lucky for him, that he was immediately rushed to hospital before it is too late for him to cause is ending his life because of intense use of mobile phone in overnight basis. The Woolcock Institute of Medical Research in Sydney Australia exposed that teenagers who utilized mobile phones or any gadgets before sleeping are two times likely to suffers sleep deprivation than those who don't use gadgets before sleeping.
