The famous tough talking broadcast journalist Raffy Tulfo deals with a serious case when a 16 years old young female student reveals that she was allegedly s*xually assaulted by her former instructor. And for this crucial incident, her parents are looking justice for their minor daughter. It is considered as one of the heinous crime in the country and it must not be tolerated by anyone. The broadcast journalist and tough talking anchor of the show attempting to look for the truth between the two parties explaining that they were both victims of the incident.

The young female student Nicole, not her real name revealed to her family and friends what her alleged instructor did to her. And immediately they seek help to attain justice by the assistance of the Raffy Tulfo in Action. The incident happens in Marilao Bulacan and her teacher was identified as Mr. Jeffriel Sison. Mr. Raffy Tulfo immediately contacts the alleged suspect and tell him the accusation against him but the instructor explained that Nicole understand what will happen at that moment and she gave consent for the incident.

He added that Nicole told him that it will be secret and no one will know the thing they did. The instructor told that after the incident Nicole told it to him. But it is not hidden to the knowledge of her former instructor that he is liable for what he did to her former student. Because it is punishable by the law of what the alleged instructor did because the young female student is minor and underage.

Then Nicole expressed her side to the instructor by calling his nickname, Jeff. She told that he said that she will cut the classes and go together with him. Nicole reveals that she was not only the students who had a relation to the instructor but there are another two.

But the instructor strongly opposed the accusation and retaliate with a question why she was doing this to him. The instructor brought the minor into his house but he takes a stand that the girl understands it and knows what is going to happen. But the young female student responded that he closed all the doors and windows and preventing her to go away. Raffy Tulfo told that the instructor has mistakes to bring the young student inside his house although she knows and understands what will happen, he must refuse and not tolerate it to happen.

The instructor speaks to the female student and requests her not to do this to him. But the young student is willing and determined that she will file charges against him. It ended up that they will meet in court. Different reactions from the netizens garnered by this story.
